For the support of necessary level of competence of the specialists regular study and refresher courses for own staff and specialists of SMC are carried out, methods for solving of service questions are developed and introduced, mechanisms for workout of calls and claims are improved.

Since 2009 own round-the-clock CALL-center is working, specialized software for control of working off entered signals is used. Maintenance service is made in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
